Google Forms is a free online form builder that makes it easy to create simple or complex surveys, assessments, and questionnaires. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to create a Google Forms quiz using the built-in question types and options, as well as some tips for creating a challenging quiz.

To get started, first open your Google Forms account and sign in. Click on the “Create new form” button on the main page of Google Forms. Next, select the type of form you want to create: survey, assessment, or questionnaire.

Under “Type of question,” you can choose from a variety of question types including multiple choice (MC), rating scales (ranging from 1-5 stars), text input (text boxes with checkboxes), and dropdown menus. You can also add images and videos to your forms with the help of Google Forms’ powerful media tools.

Once you have selected your question types and options, click on the “Next” button. Under “Form layout,” you can choose between a traditional or grid layout for your form questions. If you are adding videos or images to your form, be sure to select the appropriate size under “Media type.”
